The thesis is devoted to the study of the structure and vibrational spectra of multi-walled carbon nanotubes under high-energy electronic and ionic irradiation and mechanisms of properties modification of carbon based polymers of isotactic polypropylene (i-PP) and polyvinylchloride (PVC) by their filling of multi-wallеd carbon nanotubes due to mechanochemical and radiation impact on their available poly-coupling structure.
