Essay

The thesis is devoted to the researches focused on regularities determination of flow, mixing and temperature fields in combustion zone of the burner with echeloned stabilizers of flame. Based on computer simulation and full-scale experiments the complex of studies of the flow structure and the combustion zone thermal state for burners with different types of echeloned stabilizer grids were performed. A comparative analysis of the flow specifics in conditions of cold flow and combustion was carried out. The regularities of the influence the characteristics of work processes in burners with echeloning stabilizers of flame such factors as the value of the pitch shift along the flow of stabilizers relative to each other, the block factor value of stabilizers for the channel flow section and the excess air factor were determined. The possibility of such burners investigated as means of specific temperature profiles of the products of combustion and reduce pressure losses in these devices was justified. Under the results of the researches the recommendations for application of burners with echeloned grids of flame stabilizer were developed.
