Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving scientific task of constructing mathematical models non-isothermal moisture transfer and visco-elastic deformation in wood during drying with accounting it's fractal structure. The application software for numerical realization those models was developed. The characteristics of the heat and moisture transfer processes and stress-strain state during wood drying with accounting the fractal structure of material with different thermo-mechanical material parameters, drying modes and drying agent parameters were analyzed. The method of determining the full stress on the surface of dried lumber was proposed.
