In dissertation was solved actual scientific and technical task of creating mathematical and software tools for modeling and provide functional suitability of static systems that would take into consideration the time changes of parameters of the system components, would have lower computational complexity and would provide possibility of simultaneous finding the optimal parameters and conditions for providing specified functional suitability of the system based on analysis of interval data.
