Essay

Object: those who suffered in a traffic accident and damaged the long bones. Aim: improvement of survival of patients, who received some damages of the long bones as a result of traffic accidents, at an early stage of hospital care by development and implementation of evidence-based system of medical care in such a victim. Methods: clinical, semantic, standardized evaluation system, radiation diagnosis (ultrasonography, computed tomography, X-ray), clinical risk management, expert evaluation, graphical, statistical. The first clinical and epidemiological, clinical and nosological structure of the long bone lesions in patients who have suffered in some traffic accidents has been determined. The first clinical efficient risks of lethal outcome of traumatic process in patients who received the long bone injuries in traffic accidents have been verified scientifically. For the first time the clinical analysis of an efficiency was performed and the disadvantages of the application of technologies of a medical treatment of patients who received the long bone injuries in traffic accidents at an early hospital stage in a city hospital were identified. For the first time for the patient with polytrauma who received the long bone injuries in traffic accidents the unified protocol scheme of medical care and the adoption protocol of clinical and organizational solutions about carrying out of surgical procedures were developed and implemented. The implementation of the unified protocol scheme of medical care and the adoption protocol of clinical and organizational solutions about carrying out of surgical procedures for the patient with polytrauma who received the long bone injuries in traffic accidents can increase the level of effectiveness and adequacy of medical care and, as a consequence, increase the survival rate of this contingent of patients. Results of the study are introduced into the clinical practice of the Poltava regional clinical hospital named M.V.Sklifosovsky, Communal clinical hospital number 8 (Lviv), CI "Lviv regional center for emergency medical care and disaster medicine", Transcarpathian territorial center for emergency medical care, Vinnytsia regional clinical hospital named Pirogov, CI "Vinnytsia regional center for emergency medical care and disaster medicine".
