Essay

The thesis is devoted to solve scientific and technical task of the developing control with model system of methanol synthesis column in methanol production. Theoretical and experimental investigations carried out during this work has helped to solve the problem of increasing technological efficiency of the synthesis column operation in the methanol production by developing a control with model system that will allow to carry out the process under optimal conditions and with any load on the column.The control with model system of methanol synthesis column in the methanol production has been proposed, which will ensure the optimum methanol synthesis process at all loads on the column due to the support of an effective temperatures profile in the synthesis column.
