Essay

The thesis is devoted to develop new approaches for optimization of physical and service characteristics of materials for modern electronic technique. The developed approaches are demonstrated in respect to perovskite and polymer nanostructures. A new combined descriptor is constructed to predict the composition of perovskites that have a high level of ionic conductivity. When using the developed descriptor, the selection correlation method was proposed. The approach based on the classical molecular dynamics was developed that allows to probe the energy spectrum of particles in radiation induced processes.
