Dissertation is devoted to improving the efficiency of the brewing industry by creating intellectual process control systems preparation of beer wort mash-brew brewery branch. Based on modern methods of analysis of complex dynamical systems methods of nonlinear dynamics and nonlinear deterministic chaos developed mathematical models that allow us to establish the effects of self-organization process of making beer wort through the creation of space-time dissipative structures and provide optimum between attractor transitions in driving object.
