Essay

The thesis is devoted to determination of parameters of electronic structure of the MCNT array and their composites with polymers, and also to mechanisms of influence of a high-temperature desorption, radiation by highly-energetic electrons on their deficiency, and respectively on electric and thermoelectric properties. It is shown that the parabolic contribution to ADAP is caused by annihilation of positrons with electrons of conductivity and in pure polymers, it isn't observed. It is established that at certain values of concentration of MCNT the probability of annihilation of positrons on electrons of conductivity is equal to value for pure MCNT in a composite of PP/MCNT and PVC/MCNT, and with increase in concentration becomes more, than in pure MWNT that indicates the MWNT acceptor properties in polymer. It is established that after radiation by highly-energetic electrons of the massive after annealing of MCNT occurs reduction of values of conductivity and relative anelastic deformation, and also increase termo-emf. It is caused by formation of radiation defects of acceptor type which are generated by radiation and promote reduction of concentration of electrons of conductivity.
