Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the justification of a differentiated approach to the treatment of patients with osteoarthritis by structural-modifying drugs, depending on serum uric acid levels. Found out the features of the course and clinical manifestations of osteoarthritis in patients with hyperuricemia. Revealed the interrelation of serum uric acid levels and IL-1, NO, IGF-1, C-reactive protein levels, inflammatory activity index in patients with osteoarthritis and hyperuricemia. Found out positive influence of diacerein and combination of chondroitin sulfate and potassium-sodium-hydrocitrate complex not only on signs of joint syndrome, but also on the level of uric acid.
