Essay

Object: suffered pregnant and non-pregnant women who received multiple injuries. Aim: to reduce pregnancy loss and increase the survival rate of pregnant women who received multiple injuries by optimizing adequate diagnostic and treatment tactics and level of efficiency of the process of providing medical assistance to victims in the prehospital and early hospital stages. Methods: clinical, instrumental, standardized evaluation system, clinical risk management, statistics. The first clinical and epidemiological, clinical and nosological characteristics affected pregnant women, who received multiple injuries, were identified. The first clinical productive risks of adverse outcome (incomplete pregnancy) of traumatic process in affected pregnant women, who received multiple injuries, have been scientifically verified. For the first time using a risk-based approach the effectiveness and the adequacy of the medical-diagnostic actions in affected pregnant women in the prehospital and early hospital stages was determined. For the first time scientifically based protocol scheme of medical care to suffered pregnant women in the prehospital and early hospital stages of treatment has been developed. The practical significance of the study lies primarily in the fact that the implementation of evidence-based protocol schemes providing medical assistance to the victims, which was developed during the study, allows significantly improve the results of treatment of patients, to reduce the risk of termination of pregnancy in women with multiple injuries by improving the efficiency and adequacy of the adoption of clinical and organizational solutions. The results of the study are introduced into clinical practice of Ternopil regional clinical perinatal center "Mother and Child", communal 8th city hospital in Lviv, Vinnytsia city hospital emergency medical care, emergency medical care and disaster medicine center in Ternopil.
