Dissertation is devoted to development of methods and algorithms for parametric synthesis heatsink integrated element with optimal parameters for cooling the radio electronic devices. The method of parametric synthesis of a heat element is developed. The models of optimization of heat sink element parameters are improved. The method for solving optimization problems of weight and size parameters of heat sink elements is developed. The developed software allows to design heatsinks with optimum weight and size parameters.
