Essay

As a result of the studies addressed relevant scientific and technical task that is improving the process of deforming broaching holes in parts of titanium alloys, by changing the contact phenomena in the contact tools and details. Improvements achieved through the creation process of new lubricants and adhesive with high antifriction characteristics capable of providing processing without setting, the contact pressures up to 3.2 GPa, and adding motion rotation tool, which is effective for the surface layer with high performance in a small number passes and deforming elements to prevent buckling of the workpiece in the processing of thin-walled workpieces. First mathematical model which is based on material flow curve, which allows to predict strengthening the surface layer parts in deforming broaching. The results were tested in terms of industrial enterprises "ADVISMASH."
