Essay

The object of study - the electromagnetic and electromechanical processes coaxial linear permanent magnet motor vibration systems. The purpose of research - to develop methods for the calculation of the parameters and characteristics of the distribution of the magnetic induction in the air gap of the engine; improve methods of calculation of electromechanical and frequency characteristics of the engine; to develop a replacement scheme for the permanent magnet motor; manufacture test benches for static and dynamic characteristics of the engine; analyze the efficiency of engines with an axial and a radial magnetization vector of the permanent magnets in the vibration equipment on the basis of comparison of electromagnetic, electromechanical and frequency characteristics obtained in static and dynamic modes. Methods of research - for the task in the calculation of electromagnetic, electromechanical, traction and frequency characteristics of the linear motor with permanent magnets used in the theory of electromagnetic field, electrical circuits and mechanical vibrations. Study of distribution of magnetic induction was carried out with the help of computer modeling using finite element method. practical results: of theoretical research and modeling carried out on the test bench for testing physical models of linear motors with permanent magnets. Scientific novelty: it carried out further development of theoretical and experimental studies of the linear motor with a radial vector magnetization of permanent magnets, which allowed a scientific foundation for the optimal choice of engine to drive vibration system building elements; first obtained expressions describing courseamterny and traction characteristics of linear motors with permanent magnets ensuring the creation of energy-efficient vibration equipment; improved mathematical model of a linear motor with permanent magnets vibration system for the study of dynamic modes, which allows, in contrast to the well-known models, calculate the frequency response as well as the dependence of inertial forces from the mains frequency. Degree of implementation: the results of research in the form of settlement of electromechanical traction and frequency characteristics of linear motors with permanent magnets, as well as the designs of these engines used for vibrating equipment introduced in the NPP "Promelektroobladnannya" (Kiev) and the creation of new models of vibrators LLC "OPTІMA- F "(Kyiv), and is also used in the educational process of Kyiv national University of construction and architecture when the master's works and diploma projects. Scope of use - electrical engineering
