The thesis is devoted to the study of main directions, problems and achievements of positioning of Ukraine in the East-Europe political of Federal Republic of Germany (1990-2014). The dissertation has been difficulties historical sources and science literature showed of specifically the Ukraine factor in evolution and implementation the German East-Europe politic in 1990-2014 years. The paper analyzes the main periods of German East-Europe politic after 1990 year. The dissertation throws a conception of German state elite to geopolitical maps of east-European region. Attention is drawn of the German politic to new independent state of East-Europe in 1990-1998 years. Germany in this period creates a zone of peace and prosperity in Europe. The euro was introduced to world financial markets as a 1.01.1999. The euro is the official currency of the euro zone. Capital within the EU may be transferred in any amount from one country to another.
