Essay

This dissertation focuses on the study of photothermoacoustic conversion processes in structures containing nanocomposite layers based on porous silicon. The significant increase in the effective thermal expansion coefficients during photoacoustic transformation in nanocomposites "porous silicon-liquid" as compared to quasi-static processes is established. The model of response formation of the composite "porous silicon-liquid" was developed. It is shown that a significant share of thermal resistance of porous silicon layers formed by thermal intercrystallite contacts.
