Siedaia L. Clinic-pathogenic characteristics of cardiovascular changes in case of ANCA associated systemic vasculitis

The object of the research the changes of the heart and the vessels in ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis (microscopic polyangiitis (MPA), Wegener granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA), eosinophilic polyangiitis of Churg Strauss (EPA)); the goal to improve the quality of the diagnosis, the effectiveness of the treatment and the prognosis of the state of cardiovascular event in ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis, the determination of new components of the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disorders in the patients with MPA, GPA and EPA; the methods clinical, electrophysiological, ultrasonic, immunological, biochemical, immune-enzyme, biophysical, physical-chemical, statistical; the novelty and the results the gender and age dimorphism of the signs of the heart and large vessels disease in the patients with different clinical and laboratory progression of MPA, GPA and EPA has been first set, the communication with the extracardiac manifestations of the disease have been established, the pathogenic significance of immune-inflammatory proteins, endothelial-associated vasoconstrictors and vasodilators, the changes in viscous, elastic, relaxation and interphaseactive properties of the blood in cardiovascular disorders in the patients with ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis has been proved, the most optimal medical approaches to the treatment of such patients have been suggested, the criteria to predict the course of cardiovascular changes in MPA, GPA and EPA and the effectiveness of therapeutic measures have been distinguished; there have been introduced in the practice of CI "The Center for the primary health care № 2, Kramatorsk", the Educational-scientific medical centre "University clinic" of Kharkiv national medical University, the rheumatologic department of Vinnytsa regional clinical hospital named after N. I. Pirogov and in the educational process of M. Gorky Donetsk national medical University, Vinnitsa national medical University named after N. I. Pirogov and Kharkiv national medical University; the scope - medical-diagnostic process, rheumatologic, cardiac and medical departments, scientific and educational processes of the therapeutic-oriented chairs of medical schools.
