Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the development of energy management systems of nano-satellites, methods of generating of sequence diagrams, choice of ways to solve mathematical equations formed to maximize nano-satellite energy reserve or remaining operating time, as well as optimizing its sequence diagram on the above criteria. Author proposed a method of constructing a power system of NTUU "KPI" POLYTAN-1 satellite on the basis of the developed algorithms of maximizing energy. In addition the method of solar cells connection was proposed to increase their efficiency and fault tolerance. The paper also describes the developed software with implementation of proposed methods. Calculated sequence diagram for nanosatellite POLYTAN-1 allows to increase the satellite lifetime in normal mode at 3.2 months, or 29%.
