Essay

The thesis researches the process of formation of the estate representation monarchy in the Czech Kingdom during the rule of the Jagiellonian dynasty (1471-1526). The preconditions for the formation and the development of the estate representation monarchy during the rule of Vladislaus II Jagiellon have been clarified. The activity of the estate representation bodies of power has been analysed, the role and the place of the Czech estates in the context of the so-cial and political development of the Czech Kingdom have been defined in this research work. The process of reli-gious opposition, the spread and the formation of the new religious movements have been observed. The thesis reveals the influence of the foreign policy on the formation of the estate representation model of the state government.
