Mykoliuk S. Organization and Economic Mechanism of Management Activity in Social of Children in the Region

The object is the processes of management activity in the social adaptation of children in the region. The objective is the deepening and further advancing of conceptual approaches, the developing of practical recommendations on improving the organizational-economic mechanism of management activity in the social adaptation of children in the region. The methods - monographic; analysis and synthesis; systems analysis; classificational and analytical method; a comparative, financial, economic and statistical analysis; cluster analysis method; objectives tree method; correlation analysis method; method of canonical correlation analysis. The results are scientific substantiation of the theoretical and methodical principles and practical recommendations on improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of administrative activity regulation in the field of the social adaptation of children in the region. The novelty - theoretical approaches to defining the essence of organizational and economic mechanism of management activity of the social adaptation of children are systematized; a regional model is developed, and the ways of improving the organizational and economic mechanism of management activity are suggested; institutional, organizational, functional support of management activity of the social adaptation of children system by improving its structure is arranged; the forms of care for orphans and children deprived of parental care are proposed; the institutional environment of organizational and economic mechanism of management activity of the social adaptation of children in the region is improved; it is enhanced the organizational and methodological support mechanism for the management of the social adaptation of children in the region; the informational and analytical support for management evaluation of the social adaptation of children in the region is developed. It is introduced in the activities of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, Ternopil Regional Centre of Social Services for Families, Children and Youth, Services for Minors and children of Ternopil city council and in the educational process of Ternopil National Economic University. The sphere of usage is the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.
