In dissertation theoretical approaches are certain and experimental research of problem of subject-personality readiness of correction teachers is carried out to education of children with autism. By an author a reasonable and presented psychological model after that is worked out and the inculcated program development of subject-personality readiness of correction teacher that works with children with autism, that consists of next components: motivational (professional competence, self development, development, self-determination, self-control); cognitive (professional competence, intellectual personality autonomy, authentication standard, authentication after a result, presence of the own intellectually professional personality field, stability, reacting on a call, integration of lifestyles); emotionally-volitional (empathy, positive attitude toward a child, intellectual analysis of emotions, self-regulation).
