Essay

The thesis presents a new solution for neurosurgery actual scientific problem - improving treatment results of patients with uncomplicated compression fractures of the lower thoracic and lumbar spine based on differentiated use of minimally invasive surgery. Clinical-neurological manifestations of the disease are compared with data neurovizualizing research methods that allow to optimize indications for differentiated use them puncture techniques stabilization: vertebroplasty or balloon kifoplasty and minimally invasive transpedicular system installation patients with uncomplicated compression fractures of the lower thoracic and lumbar spine. Grounded methodology differentiated use of various minimally invasive surgical procedures in patients with uncomplicated fractures of the lower thoracic and lumbar spine depending on the degree of post-traumatic disorders of the spine axis.
