Essay

Object: a national educational policy aspect Austro-Hungary's higher education institutions in Galicia. Objective: To analyze national policies governments of Austria-Hungary in the last third of the nineteenth - early twentieth century. in higher education, especially its implementation in Galicia. Methods: A comparative analysis, synthesis and synthesis of similar evidence, problem-chronological approach and others. Results: first the peculiarities of the national part of the process of reorganization of higher education in the region have singled out the socio-political factors administering the central and regional governments of Austria-Hungary in the national educational sphere, grounded thesis that in the last third of the nineteenth - early twentieth century . Galicia Polish political elite had laid the foundations of cultural and national policies, improved methods and historiography of source material to study etnosotsiokulturnyh transformations in some provinces of Austria-Hungary until World War I, the characterization of organizational and staffing of higher educational institutions of Austria-Hungary.
