Essay

An actual scientific and technical problem of creating a computerized information-measuring system monitoring of distribution networks and the identification of unauthorized selection electricity based on the author's control current device used for contactless measurement of currents in the network and the wireless transmission of information on the magnitude of the currents to the control post is solved in the dissertation. The structural diagram of the definition of an unauthorized selection of electricity, which was based on the principle of longitudinal differential comparison of the current at the beginning and at the end of the controlled area is designed, and the results of research modes of operation are submitted. For the first time, a control currents device, allowing to control the parameters networks to determine the place of theft of electricity parameters of currents and voltages occurring in the network, and determine the place of the single-phase ground fault, which is different because of the circuit device provides possibility of wireless data transmission to a control post or retranslator with a storage device. Analog signal transformation of the devices to a digital form lets combine the device with the computer-tronics and provide its sufficient noise immunity while transmitting by wireless. The algorithm for identifying wire breaks and transmission wires is elaborated. The structure of the measuring and information constituents of a computerized control system operation distribution networks is developed.
