Essay

The process of overclocking the machine-tractor unit with a hydrovolumetric mechanical transmission in the performance of "plowing" of the operation. Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the machine and tractor units with hydrostatic-mechanical transmissions when the process step "plowing" - due to the formation of rational laws change control parameters of hydraulic hydrostatic transmission in the process of entering the technological regime. Differential and integral calculus for the calculation of dynamic processes in motion the wheel of the tractor with HVMT, statistical analysis to determine the error by comparing the theoretical and experimental results, the theory of optimization for finding rational laws change regulation of hydraulic parameters of the GOP during acceleration. Implementation of numerical calculations performed on the basis of MATLAB software package. Recommendations regarding the selection of rational law change regulation of hydraulic parameters, which can be used by farmers to improve the technical and economic indicators of tractors. Prevailing approaches can be used in the analysis of companies promising HVMT as in the design phase and during the pilot study HVMT composed wheeled tractor during acceleration. For the first time established the relationship between the design parameters, the laws change regulation of hydraulic parameters of the GOP and the change of power, of kinematic and power parameters HVMT while entering the technological regime, namely the displacement of hydraulic motors and pressure drop in the GOP, the power of the internal combustion engine and transmission efficiency.
