The thesis is devoted to the development and justification of theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations for solving new scientific and applied problems of rural development regions of Ukraine in terms of European integration processes. The work formed the conceptual basis of rural development at the regional level, implemented on the basis of the author's approach, which involves the use of integral-index evaluation and includes socio-demographic, economic, infrastructure and environmental elements that made it possible to justify the approaches, objectives and actions of the state regional policy for each group of regions in terms of development, taking into account European experience
