Object of research - the process of microcontroller power consumption while performing the instructions, commands, programs, and fragments thereof, subject of research - methods and means of measuring accurate and noise-immune and research the average power consumption microcontrollers using information-measuring system, the novelty - proposed method of measuring the average power consumption microcontrollers, providing regular mode of microcontroller and high precision measurement of its average power consumption; proposed method of measuring the average power consumption microcontrollers, which provides a further increase measurement accuracy and the ability to automate the process of research the average power consumption of micro controllers; investigated methodological errors of the proposed method of measuring the average power consumption microcontrollers through mathematical modeling, which showed that these errors can be ignored; proposed method of providing immunity measuring channel information measuring system provides a significant reduction of impact noise.
