Essay

Thesis is devoted to characteristics of biological oxidation in the liver in case of experimental alimentary obesity and to find out the role of trace element composition of biological substrates in their regulation. It was established the violation of bile-formation and detoxication functions in animals with obesity. It was proved the activation of lipid and protein peroxidation on the background of the overproduction of oxygen radicals, which due to apoptosis initiation by reducing of transmembrane potential, disruption of energy supplying oxidation in hepatocytes. It is found violations of macro- and trace element metabolism in rats with alimentary obesity. It was proved that activation of antioxidant activity directly related to the level of zinc and copper, free radical oxidation positively correlated with the content of copper, oxide modified proteins interact directly with the level of serum iron and negatively with the zinc content in the blood.74527452
