The object of research - process of restoration of a profile of wheelpairs. An object of research - strength and dynamic characteristics of constructions of modular cutting tools for restoration of a profile of wheelpairs. Probe methods: scientific probes were founded on the theoretical fundamentals of the theory of cutting of metals and shape formation surfaces, the theory of projection and quality of the cutting instrument, the theory of mathematical simulation. For calculation of the is intense-deformed condition of the modular instrument the finite element method was used. Experimental researches are spent with use of the techniques developed on the basis of the theory of experiment and methods of the mathematical statistics, a modern metering equipment, designed equipment rooms and software. For handling of experimental results the modern computer engineering and the software was used. Novelty - dynamic characteristics of modular cutting tools in the conditions of difficult dynamic loads, non-uniformity of the rough tolerance, varying physicomechanical properties of a worked stock in the course of handling of wheelpairs which are necessary for improvement of modular cutting tools for restoration of a profile of wheelpairs for the first time are generalised; for the first time features of character and structure of refusals modular cup-tip tools and cutting tools with tangential strengthening of a plate for renewal of a profile of wheelpairs which can be used for heightening of their operating performances are fixed; The hierarchical system of properties of quality of modular cutting tools for restoration of a profile of wheelpairs which allows to evaluate quantitatively quality of a construction and maintenance of modular cutting tools for restoration of wheelpairs.
