Vlasenko D. Treatment of polyfractures of a femur

It is set as a result of the conducted biomechanics research, that the tense state of femur is at its polyfractures, fixed a blackout with intramedullar bar, does not almost differ from such in a norm. The use of blocking intramedullar monoosteosynthesis is biomechanics grounded and expedient during the eventual stabilizing of bone wreckages at polyfractures of a femur. The clinical looking is conducted after 23 by patients from polyfractures of a femur, which fixing of wreckages was conducted one metal construction, namely by a blocking with intramedullar bar, rotined that the offered technology of surgical treatment allowed to improve the results of treatment of a victim and get 82,6 % good and 17,4 % satisfactory results. Efficiency of the developed surgical technology consists in the increase of part exactly of good results (on 26,6 %), decline of satisfactory (on 6,6 %) but to absence of unsatisfactory results. Indicators of life quality in patients of I clinical group in medical and physical rehabilitation in terms of 3, 6 and 12 months did not differ significantly and was within 52 %, 56 % and 60 %, respectively, in contrast to life quality in patients of II clinical group in the same period (up 78,2 %, 86,9 % and 86,9 % respectively).
