Essay

The method of measurement of deformations of details considering a difference of entrance currents of the sensor of deformations is improved and are developed the analog interface for remote measurement with high metrological characteristics that allows to increase accuracy, speed and hindrances security. The theory of measurement of deformations and tension in which the configuration of a detail and a possibility of definition of optimum areas of establishment of strain gages with automatic compensation of errors is considered has gained further development. The method of remote measurement of deformations and tension on the basis of creation of mathematical model of deformations with use of a polynom of Bernstein which gives the chance in a complex to consider characteristics of the intense deformed condition of details of a difficult configuration is improved, gives the chance of increase of accuracy and speed of measurement of deformations. The mathematical model of process of measurement of deformations of details of a difficult configuration is improved and the technique of measurement of deformations and tension taking into account structure of a touch element of the sensor and temperature coefficient of resistance of tensoresistors is developed that allows to carry out her effective linearization and correction which provides increase of accuracy of measurement of deformations and tensionсм.
