Essay

The thesis presents the solving process of scientific and applied task concerning improving the energy efficiency of autonomous cogeneration system based on the bioheatgenerator by means of preparing the fuel mixture dosage and application the thermoelectric modules as well. Energy consumptions in the bioheatgenerator are analyzed in order to solve the ensuring of autonomy of power cogeneration system and to determine the approaches of its scientific research. The factors of fuel efficiency in the heatgenerator are determined for increasing the thermal efficiency. The method of fuding the fuel mixture into the bioheatgenerator is also suggested; it based on the analyses of flue gases, reduces the overall fuel costs, increases the heatgenerators efficiency and environmental safety. The energy losses from exhaust gases are analyzed in order to determine its possible using as a source of thermal energy for electricity generation module; the expediency of its implantation is also established. The process of thermoelectric conversion is analyzed; it occurs in the electricity generation module for 24 determingthe possibility of increasing its efficiency. The dependences of the thermoelectric converter output from its average temperature and the load resistance are resolved; it allows to elaborate the energy module operating temperature ranges. The simulation models of the bioheatgeneratornand the thermoelectric converter are developed as a component of the integrated simulation model of autonomous cogeneration system; this research allows to identify the energy-efficient modes of set. The prototype battery power cogeneration system based on the reasonable bioheatgenerator is productionallytested and the economic efficiency of its use is also established.
