Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of the methods and means of controlling the defects of photovoltaic solar cells, which are excited by the flow of dark current, and reduce measurement error of current-voltage characteristics of the solar cells. Methods have been developed: the dynamic measurement of the current-voltage characteristics based on linear current scanning; thermographic control defects at an early stage of their development. An improved method for controlling a television electroluminescent defects.
