Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving and scientific substantiation of theoretical and practical issues of increasing the community district heating (CDH) systems efficiency by means of improvement and development of methods and tools for multilevel organizational-and-technological performance management (OTM) of such kind of energy systems. A systematic analysis of the organizational and technological factors of production, transportation and consumption of heat, to improve the effectiveness of regional CHP systems. Developed a method of multilevel OTU and the method of calculation of the efficiency of the functioning of complex systems, CHP, scientifically proven method of coordination of interaction OTU subsystems that baziruyutsya system-coupled set-theoretic approach, the theory of hierarchical multilevel systems and consistent optimization of the structure and parameters of technological subsystems of production, transportation and use of heat according to the criteria of energy, economic and environmental efficiency. A computer simulation model OTU regional systems CHP, the implementation of which covers model subordinate subsystems of lower level, each of which includes coal boilers, boilers on natural gas, electric boilers and cogeneration plants on natural gas and biodiesel, which in turn differ at the level of their installed capacity, utilization rates of installed capacity and fuel heat utilization rates based on the costs of energy resources for its own needs and losses in heat networks
