Essay

The thesis is devoted to the justification and implementation of scientific and applied problem, which is the energy-efficient management of refrigeration equipment in storage for fruits and vegetables. Analyzed the existing process control system climate chambers of fruits and vegetables refrigeration storage. A new way to manage refrigeration equipment for thermal load with automatic control system based on fuzzy logic. The results of theoretical and experimental studies of microclimate given previously unrecorded factors: the product dynamic properties, the building and the external environment. A software and technical implementation of the refrigeration equipment automatic control system in storage for fruits and vegetables with the SCADA system with fuzzy controller.
