Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improving the efficiency of production parts by die-casting process by investigation the characteristics of the process using automatic control in closed mode. The dissertation highlights the following issues: the existing mathematical models and process control die-casting, shown their shortcomings; improved criterion of die-casting process control minimizing defective castings and consequently reduce the cost of casting through control actions on key process parameters, adjusting the magnitude of these effects for each of the tact of the die-casting machine; A mathematical model of the closed loop manufacturing castings in injection molding using modern methods of mathematical modeling, different set of circuits of regulation and their combination into a coherent system; improved regulation of the main parameters of the process by increasing the precision control, reduction of reaction time, which made it possible to combine the contours of temperature control and metal molds, pressing speed, effort, locking, compaction pressure around of machine operations into a single closed system at all stages of the cycle; created a closed system process control, which minimizes human intervention in the process.
