Essay

In the dissertation the sufficient conditions of asymptotic dissipativity of random evolution with various nature of perturbations, which is defined in uniformly ergodic Markov environment, are received. The asymptotic dissipativity conditions of normed fluctuations of the random evolution in the diffusion approximation scheme are obtained provided asymptotic dissipativity of initial process. The generalized Lorentz model, which describes the city's economy, taking into account the random effects of the world, is constructed and sufficient conditions of asymptotic dissipativity for it are got.
