The aim of the thesis is a study of theoretical and methodological approaches and develop practical recommendations for development of social infrastructure in the regions Ukrayiny.Ratsionalne formation, management and development of social infrastructure in the regions is a priority of government, as it called to provide for the operation of vital material and spiritual needs population and create favorable conditions for human habitation. That social infrastructure is one of the dominant factors influencing the reproductive potential of the regions and improving quality of life. Its development helps to overcome regional imbalances and asymmetries in reducing polarization in the organization of the population and socio-economic development.
