Essay

The thesis describes a wide range of changes that have occurred in the Rural Development of Poland during the 1990 - 2000s. Based on authentic scientific sources, the author analyzes general evolution of the political approaches of the government, heads of executive bodies, individual politicians, public figures and analysts of the problem of agricultural development in the post-communism period of time and integration into the European Union. Research policy concepts, goals and objectives showed that in the early 1990s there were preconditions for agrarian transformations in Poland.
