This thesis provides a complex study of the social and economic policies of the Denikin's government. This thesis underscores the formation of Denikin's government and the structure of its administration. This includes an analysis of the policy realized by Denikin's government in the social and economic sectors, of main concerns faced by the 'White Guard' leadership and the ways to overcome them. Provides an insight on the agitation and propaganda campaigns under the Denikin's regime, the scope of the 'White' propaganda and the people's attitude towards it.
