Mathematical models of water head pipe with a variable hydraulic resistance, work process of large-sized vortex diode witch a conical intel I the swirl chamber and outlet formed as its front surface The transition process in hydraulic device witch takes into account the dynamic properties of vortex diode. Models are used to improve the vortex diode and receive the dependence of diodicity from the depending factor. The effectiveness of the proposed protective measures is proved. The adequacy of the results of analytical modeling is confirm.
