Essay

The thesis is devoted to the efficiency of modification, the definition and optimization of the control point of kinetics melting and dissolution of modifiers in flow reactors of gating systems and the development of resource-saving technology for high-strength cast iron. Controls the speed of the flow of heat and mass transfer processes in the interaction of liquid cast iron with modifier are investigated and identified. Physical and chemical processes and kinetics of dissolution in the molten cast iron with ferrosilicon and ferrosilicon-magnesium alloy are research. Regularities of technological parameters of modification in on the transition of magnesium in iron and optimal parameters of in-mould modification for a given structure and mechanical properties in liquid high-strength cast iron was established. Basic scientific provisions to improve the modification in flow reactors of gating systems that provide, improving the structure and properties of high-strength cast iron were designed. This improves the ecological environment and working conditions of staff.
