Thesis for scientific degree of candidate of technical sciences on specialty 05.16.04- Foundry.- Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University, Sievierodonetsk, 2016. The thesis is devoted to the research and development process obtaining castings of aluminum alloys by lost foam casting with mechanical characteristics that are not inferior counterparts obtained in metallic form, by intensifying heat exchange between solidifying alloy, casting and form through the use of aerodynamic movement of molding material in container. The paper established regularitiesof casting heat exchange on the contact surface with the mold when the molding material is aerodynamic moving in the container, and the influence of airflow rate, dispersion molding material, its initial temperature on intensity of solidifying alloy and of casting cooling rate. The influence of aerodynamic moving molding material the size on micro components and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy castings are identified. The main results proposed to practical use in the manufacture of castings from aluminum alloys with improved mechanical properties.
