Objective: To improve and study theoretical and methodological basis of labor potential industrial regions of Ukraine. The object of study: the process of labor potential industrial regions of Ukraine. Subject of research: theoretical principles, methodical and practical approaches to the formation and functioning of management labor potential industrial regions of Ukraine. Methods: a systematic approach; method of dialectical logic; content analysis; deductive method; inductive method; methods of analysis and synthesis; statistical and comparative analysis; cluster analysis; correlation and regression analysis; morphological analysis; Graphical method; method of fuzzy logic. Methodical approach to measuring and evaluating the employment potential of regional industry and guidance of differentiation quantitative values of integral indicators of labor potential of industrial regions with the use of fuzzy logic function supplies.
