Essay

The thesis is devoted to the experimental study of the kinetic processes in liquid helium. An empirical relation has been proposed for describing the ratio of the share drag coefficient in He II. The first studies on the registration of acoustic emission of oscillating tuning fork in helium were carried out and the phenomenon is described by the longitudinal quadrupole model. It is established that the value of critical velocity of the transition to turbulent flow is essentially affected by the applied power to the oscillating body. It is shown for the first time the 3He impurities influence the critical velocity when adding 3He to the 4He.
