Altanets O. Differentiated total hip replacement during femoral head aseptic necrosis

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of diagnostics and total hip replacement clinical outcomes during femoral head aseptic necrosis based of roentgen - morphometric assessment of acetabular and supraacetabular area's structural changes of in case of such a disease. There were identified roentgen-morphometric parameters that characterize acetabulum and supraacetabular area during FHAN. There were found out peculiarities of acetabular and supraacetabular area's changes depending on different stages of pathological process. The algorithmic approach of the endoprosthesis acetabular component type selection during FHAN was revealed. Application of the algorithmic approach allowed to improve total hip replacement methodology and to refine clinical outcomes and postoperative rehabilitation.
