Dissertation thesis is devoted to improve the technology of aromatization of printing products. For the first time it was proposed the method of simultaneous selective aromatization of products by printing varnishes with different flavors It was offered the model of sensor analyzer "artificial finger - electronic nose" to determine the aroma intensity and methods of calculation of aroma coefficient that allows to predict the long-term of aroma products presentation.
