Samchuk Z. Demutation of the Fallow Land Phytocenosis on the Turf Carbonaceous Soils in Small Polissya.

The thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the ecological state of the agricultural fund's lands, withdrawn from the active use and transferred into fallow lands.The quantitative and qualitative analyses of species' composition, bimorphological and ecological structures of the vegetation cover were made, feeding and farming value of grasses and their bioproductivity were found out. As a result of laboratory investigations, there were determined major agrochemical indexes of soil on the fallow lands. A correlative connection between bioproductivity of the fallows and the content of humus in the soil was determined and grounded. On the basis of the research results there was suggested a classification of the ecological state of fallow lands according to the content of humus in the soil on such a scale: highly environmentally unstable (to 1,5%); environmentally unstable (1,5-2,5%); medium environmental stability (2,5-3,5%); environmentally stable (more than 3,5%).
