In the dissertation the actual scientific problem of resolution increasing of visible range scanners of monitoring systems with sub-pixel image processing is. For this, evaluation of the resolution increasing methods for visual range monitoring systems is conducted; evaluated impact of pixels shape and other factors on the image quality; improved the matrix model of sub-pixel imaging process, which, in contrast to the known, takes into account the pixel aperture effect for the visual range sensors of remote sensing systems. That increase the image quality and spatial resolution. The method and algorithm of resolution increasing of multispectral images are improved. Practical recommendations of usage of the scanner structure and the image processing algorithms are developed. Based on computer simulation experiment the verification of sub-pixel images processing results is conducted. The block diagram of the digital processing module which implements the improved proposed algorithm of sub-pixel imaging is developed. The software implementations of the algorithm, the method of sub-pixel image processing and the algorithm of the resolution increasing of multispectral images are developed with Matlab software.
