Essay

The structure of the intraorganic lymphatic channels of stomach of raccoon dog, American mink, fox, wolf and badger was described for the first time in the work and a comparative analysis of morphometric parameters of its components with the following representatives of domestic predatory animals, namely cat and dog, was conducted. The comparative features of structure and architectonics of components of intraorganic gastric lymph channel of 7 species of predator animals were ascertain for the first time based on morphometric, histological and electron microscopic studies. Data, concerning the features of density of the location of lymphatic capillaries at the level of the stomach membranes and between animal species, is adduced. Data on ultramicroscopic structure of lymphatic capillaries of stomach has been supplemented. They are formed by a single layer of endothelial cells, which in all studied species of animals contain large number of micropinocytotic vesicles and lysosomes, which provide drainage properties of lymphatic capillaries.
